Car Insurance For Women Drivers Only
In countries like the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia, car insurance for women drivers only has become quite popular. In America, lobbyists and activists have argued that adult women drivers' car insurance premiums are unfairly high.
They believe that the statistics show adult women experience fewer accidents and file less auto insurance claims, while men the same age are involved in more vehicle accidents. Men have a 77 percent higher risk than women of dying in a car accident. Men tend to drive more miles than women, which increases their chances of getting in an accident. One women's right organization is promoting car insurance based on how many miles you drive. The idea is that the car insurance premiums for a woman driver will be more accurately assessed because it is based on actual miles driven. This type of car insurance is not widely available, nor is it available in every state. However, it is offered to not only women drivers, but men also.
Women drivers can also find affordable car insurance by searching online. Quote comparison websites can generally obtain some of the most competitive car insurance quotes from a vast array of auto insurance companies who want your business...whether you are a man or a woman.
